Questions about pricing
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then you move to the Free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes: if you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get it in full. Renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel before the next one. The full rules are in the refund policy.
What counts as a campaign?
A campaign is one marketing goal with its own budget, audience and timeframe, and everything built for it: strategy, roadmap, marketing plan, content plan and tasks. Only active campaigns count; archived ones don't.
What counts as a business?
A business is one company or product you run campaigns for. Each campaign belongs to one business and has its own strategy, marketing plan, content plan and tasks. On Agency, each client you work for is one client business.
What are AI credits, and when do they reset?
AI credits pay for the AI work: a chat message with Nova uses 1 credit, a short generation or rewrite uses 2, and a full marketing plan, content plan or ICP research uses 10. Monthly credits reset on the 1st of each month and the daily cap at midnight (UTC). Unused credits don't carry over.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your data stays, and anything above the Free plan's limits (extra businesses or campaigns) becomes read-only until you upgrade again or archive something.
Which currency, and what about taxes?
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are calculated at checkout, based on where you are.
What will I see on my card statement?
Payments are handled by our payment partner, which acts as the seller of record, so the charge appears under the payment partner's name with a reference to MarketingBuzz.
