Refund policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for the paid MarketingBuzz plans (Pro and Agency). Payments are handled by our payment partner, which acts as the seller of record. Please read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy and Cookie Policy.
14-day refund on your first payment
If you're not happy with a paid plan, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No reason needed.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for; after that you move to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.
Renewals
Monthly and yearly renewals aren't refunded, except where the law requires it. To avoid a renewal, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@marketingbuzz.ai from the email address of your account, or reply to your receipt. We answer within one working day, Monday to Friday. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few days to show it.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
